Whole-House Repipe
Complete repipe of all domestic supply lines in PEX-A (Uponor/Zurn) or Type L copper. We handle permit, pressure test, drywall coordination, and final inspection. Typical single-family home takes two to three days.
Slab Leak Detection & Repair
Electronic listening and tracer-gas detection to pinpoint the break, then a choice of options: spot excavation and repair, overhead reroute through attic or walls, or epoxy lining for accessible lines. We prepare the insurance documentation packet.
Main Sewer Line Replacement
Camera inspection and locating first — then the best method for your line: trenchless pipe-bursting (no excavation), CIPP epoxy lining, or traditional open-cut replacement. We file the right-of-way permit when the line runs under the street.
Heat-Pump Water Heater Install
Remove the old tank and install a properly sized heat-pump water heater (Rheem ProTerra, AO Smith Voltex, or Bradford White AeroTherm). Includes new supply and return connections, condensate drain line, pan and drain, and permit. We size the unit on actual household demand and available space — not manufacturer defaults.
Bathroom Addition Rough-In & Finish
Full plumbing scope for a new bathroom: wet-wall framing coordination, slab cut or joist penetration, drain field and vent stack tie-in, supply rough-in, and finish with the fixture package of your choice. We pull the permit and schedule inspections to keep your GC on timeline.
Whole-House Water Treatment
Point-of-entry systems for Jacksonville's high-iron, high-hardness municipal and well water: iron/sulfur air-injection filter, water softener (Clack/Fleck valve), whole-house carbon block, and under-sink reverse osmosis. We do the water test, specify the equipment, and run all plumbing in copper or PEX.
Lawn Irrigation & Sprinkler Repair
Repair and service of residential and HOA irrigation systems — broken heads, zone valve replacement, main-line and lateral leak detection, controller programming, and JEA backflow compliance on the connection. We locate buried valve boxes, test every zone, and leave the system mapped.
Pool & Spa Equipment Plumbing
Full plumbing scope for new pool and spa equipment pads — pump, electric heat pump (Hayward HeatPro / Pentair UltraTemp), filter, salt system, and automation manifold. Also new spa shell plumbing, pool leak detection and repair, and full equipment-pad rebuilds after storm damage.
We pull the permit, schedule inspections, and hand you the paperwork. Every residential job closes with a signed-off inspection card.
Slab leak repairs and repipes often go through homeowners insurance. We photograph every stage and provide the documentation packet your adjuster needs.
